I had no problems with service. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The only change I would make is to include information about extra fees like the mandatory insurance and purchasing a lock, somewhere on your online registration. By the time I was setting everything up, it was a little late to reconsider.

On the phone I was promised I would pay $1 for first months rent and $25 for administration fees. However they failed to mention that you have to buy a lock and you have to have insurance, so I walked out paying more than expected. The staff was nice, however I wish I they were up front on all costs.

She was very knowledgeable on the facility and had an answer for every question posed. The facility itself is in a great location for me and is clean and well maintained. At the last minute of moving my personal belongings I decided it would be more beneficial to rent a storage rather than moving once again. I was able to go online and book and reserve the unit of my choice. I received a courtesy call confirming I would be there on that day. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was quick and painless.
