We have used this storage facility for over year and needed another unit. Very reasonably priced and payments can be made online. Great location for us.

I don't like the fact had to stand outside in the cold to do paperwork and submit payment

Price not bad for 6X6. Condition of unit leaks into it but had to grab something quick. Locking was confusing and HARD but I guess I got it right. Have to make sure not to put anything to important into unit because of leaks and possibly MOLD issues to arrive. At least it's 24 hr access in case of emergency. Linda cool. Don't like the fact had to stand outside in COLD to do paperwork and submit payment. Location convenient.

Had I known the units get water in them, I would have opted for a different facility. The management did offer pallets to put contents on so they aren't on the floor. Will try it for now.

Got a 6x12 unit for considerably less money than other places advertised a 5x8 and not much more than some 5x5 units. It's nothing fancy, but it's fine for what I need -- just a place to store some extra boxes. They provided a couple of pallets to keep items off the ground, which is nine.

The unit is not bad... it looks like it may have a few leaks. I put pallets down & keep eye out. The door is very hard to get open.. really have to yank it.
